The CrossFit Dodge City Foundations Program is delivered in private one-on-one or small group classes. It’s designed to introduce you to our box (gym), our community, basic movements and mobility.

With confidence and safety, you’ll learn a new set of skills each class and get friendly with our type of workouts. We also focus on posture, core strength and technique.

After you complete the 4 sessions of our Foundations Program, you’re ready to join our regular CrossFit classes.
